2. Universal Payment of Services: Users shall be able to pay for different county services universally with their mode of preference starting with Mobile Money (M-PESA, Airtel Money, T-Kash), Visa and Mastercard among others. This gives users the power and choice when it comes to making payments for services offered.
3. Access to Non-Revenue Services: The users will also have access to non-revenue services such as how to reach County emergency services including fire, police and ambulance, frequently asked questions, latest news, and the respective Governors messages.
4. Users Engage Governors: In addition, users will also be able to engage their respective counties through “Sema na Governor” feature which simply means speak to the governors and gives a chatbot feature where users can engage their county leadership on various matters.
